Sainte Genovefa strives to make it easy for our clients to shop in our online store and ensure that you will have the goods delivered in a flexible manner as close to home as possible. In order for you to feel secure, this following describes the conditions of purchase, which apply when you shop our online store. All prices are listed in the Canadian Dollar and include HST at 13%. There are no extra charges except shipping fee. In our online store you can pay by with the following:


When paying with credit card, payment is handled by our payment partner PayPal, which ensures a safe payment. All data is transmitted encrypted. Sainte Genovefa ensures that no personal information will be shared with third parties.


We strive towards having as short delivery time as possible, normally up to five working days. If the package is small, it will be delivered directly to your home; it will otherwise be delivered to the nearest delivery point.

We send all our packages with UPS. If the product is lost during transport to the customer, Sainte Genovefa is responsible for payment, the same applies if the product is damaged but you must notify us promptly, within 10 days. If the product is damaged or lost when you return it to us, you are responsible for payment. It is therefore important that you package the product so that it is well protected.


When we have received your order, we will send a confirmation email with information about your order. Check your order confirmation and make sure that everything is correct, if you have any questions about your order, or wish to change incorrect information, please contact us immediately. Please save the order confirmation, as this contains information about your order and constitute your receipt.

When the package is sent from Sainte Genovefa, you will receive a confirmation of this via email. A receipt is also sent with the goods.


Once you have placed your order, the sale is final. If your order has already been delivered, but there is something incorrect (i.e. the wrong piece was delivered, or it is damaged), please contact us immediately and we will cover the cost of the shipment and/or repairs.


For packages that are not picked up by you as a customer, you will be charged $50.00 due to the expenses that you caused us. This encompasses expedition, packing, packing shipping, return shipping, return processing and sorting back in stock.


You may not exchange goods in after you have received them. That means that you cannot switch to a different color / size or simply return the goods if you are not satisfied with what you ordered. The only condition is that the product you received does not match the criteria of the product you ordered.

The customer is also responsible for making sure that the returns of incorrect goods will arrive in original condition to us, therefore it is important that you package the product so that it is protected well.


Should you receive a defect or defective product, you should promptly contact us within 10 days. Your opinions are highly valued, therefore we ask you to be clear and precise when describing the error on the piece.

Keep in mind that our pieces are hand-made, and therefore we are able to track any and all problems in production.


We cannot guarantee that the colors of our products are reproduced exactly as in reality. How colors are reproduced depends on the settings in your computer.


The FW 2012 Collection was created as a prototype for an art installation in a variety of metals as viewed in the product shots and look book. It is now solely produced in 925 sterling silver. Therefore, the product may vary slightly in product and/or color. The pattern of each piece however remains in tact, though the quality has been improved by the switch in material and production process.
